Abstract of the talk:
Many say practice makes perfect, yet practice methods are rarely discussed and many do not know how to practice effectively. Whenever one performs, factors such as nerves and unfamiliarity with the piano and venue could affect the success of the performance enormously. Drawing on her years of experience as a performer, Ms. Jacqueline Leung will share target oriented practice methods and pre-performance preparation tips that will help you battle nerves and boost your confidence during performances.
