Various administrative units also contributed a lot to support the Final Examinations.  Student Affairs Office had arranged a headcount of 50 psychological counselors to assist with the suspected cheating cases. Information Technology Services Centre provided 18 staff to look after the equipments to ensure the smooth running of the Examinations. Integrated Service Office kept maintaining the chairs and desks in each examination room, and the Medical and Health Education Office provided facial masks just in case anyone needed.

The students behaved well during the exams, few cheating cases occurred. Song Yuhao, year-one student from Computer Science appreciated the adequate revision time given by his teacher of Introduction to Computer Science. And the year three student Hua Yi from Finance appreciated the adequate time break between two exams. The students also provided some suggestions, for instance, when a final project is required for a course, the final exam may be reduced.

To check on their final results, students can log on to the MIS to check if the subjects taken have passed or failed on Jan 21st. The Supplementary/ Make-up Examinations will be held on Jan 23rd to 27th.  The detailed grades will be released on Feb 2nd.
