A new issue of The Dawn is recently published by Year 4 International Journalism students. This is the third issue of the magazine which reports current events in China, UIC campus life and other social issues.

The Dawn also covers hot issues in lifestyle and entertainment. Every story is written in English by IJ seniors. From China's "shadow banking system" to a series of current internet controversies such as the dispute over second-generation rich children in China and the Kony 2012 phenomenon, the magazine captures the vignettes of nowadays cultural and social scene precisely and professionally.
IJ students demonstrate their depth of knowledge and skills acquired over their four years of hard work at UIC. Meanwhile, it is a memoir of their final year on campus which they will leave behind in Zhuhai and UIC.
