Zhuhai secondary school English teachers came to UIC to enhance their English skills and get new teaching ideas. Some of them performed the drama The Butterfly Lovers, a traditional love story from China, at the closing ceremony of the fifth Zhuhai English Teachers Training Programme on 25 July. Other activities, such as choral speaking and mock classes, showed the trainees’ great progress in English.
