At the forum, Professor Kowk Siu Tong introduced the history of development of UIC, how it has expanded from around 200 students to over 4000 students today, and its innovative educational theories and approaches. Prof. Kwok emphasized that education should be open-minded to embrace cultural diversity.

Zhong Yi jun, Director of Zhuhai Bureau of Education made a brief analysis on the current status of Zhuhai's education and spoke highly of the development of UIC. He said the future of Zhuhai's education would be full of vigor and promises; as the University of Macau settled in Hengqin, more and more private educational organizations were preparing to set branch campuses in Guangdong, UIC had set a wonderful example for such development.
