On 4 September, UIC freshmen displayed their language skills during a dazzling talent show at the end of the eight-day English Enhancement Programme (EEP), organised by the English Language Centre.
The EEP is designed to improve new students’ English proficiency and help them better adapt themselves to university life.

One participant, Guo Xinran from the Culture, Creativity and Management Programme, said she improved her listening ability throughout the Programme. “The classes were relaxing but fruitful, and much more interesting than those in high school. I personally experienced UIC’s way of teaching and was prepared for my university life here.”
