Year 3 students will present different types of novel food products such as Venus’ blessing, Warm Fruit Tart, Snowy Romance Mooncake, Echo of Mountain Sea, Poker Biscuit, etc. You can go for a sensory evaluation after food tasting. Staff members from any department can vote for the food product they like most.
