Professor Zhu shared his personal experiences while talking about challenges and opportunities for Chinese students on global economic arena. He advised that job-seekers should understand themselves: “You have to be open, engaging, flexible and patient, and be able to identify your needs and opportunities for your development.”
Professor Zhu then highlighted three indicators for choosing the right university. The first thing applicants should look for is student satisfaction. “Do graduate students recommend their university?” he said. Secondly, find out the press reputation for your chosen programme and who would be teaching it; lastly, how much does the course cost and how high it's employment rate is.
He also explained the advantages of studying at University South Australia and living in Adelaide. Applications made by UIC students would be kindly considered since the college follows a precise GPA system.
