Mr. Mark Conklin has always been
enthusiastic about his work. He shared many of his professional opinions in the
hospitality industry and told students that his interest in hotel management
grew from an internship at a hotel during his MBA studies.
To prepare for a
career in hotel management and services, he said, you have to love your job
first in order to become a successful business professional.
As an employer, Mr. Conklin also provided some
tips for jobs seekers. Strong communication skill, great attitude and plenty of
internship experience is a must, he added.
