UIC introduces Summer Programme

Published on 26 October 2015

UIC is hosting a summer programme intended to introduce foreigners to Chinese culture.

The programme put together by UIC’s Academy of Continuing Education (ACE) department has been designed to give everyone a real taste of China.  Not only will participants be taught Mandarin, but they will also experience true Chinese culture and history. They will, amongst other things, learn the basics of Tai Chi, create their own shadow puppets, get acquainted with the Chinese zither (guqin) and visit several museums.
