A tree naming ceremony for Mr Huang Jun’an was held at UIC on 12 March. UIC students, staff members, and other guests hanged their blessings and wishes for the college on the branches of golden trumpet trees.

Mr Huang Jun’an, chairman of the board and general manager of Zhuhai Anjianda Construction and Engineering Co., Ltd, has generously donated to UIC. According to him, education plays a vital role in the present and the future of humans, and he will pay constant attention and support UIC’s development. He also hoped that more entrepreneurs could make contributions to cultivating youth leaders.
UIC Vice President (Administration) and Chairman of UIC Education Foundation, Prof Mao Yaqing, expressed gratitude to Mr Huang Jun’an for his generous donation.

President Tang Tao said UIC as a young university needs support from society to develop steadily into an elite college. Like what Mr Huang had mentioned, Prof Tang also wished more entrepreneurs could know about and support UIC.
